Roxanne Lindholm is the Local Director of CEF Lakelands. She is married to her husband, Daniel and has two beautiful girls. She and her family moved to this area from out of state. They couldn't be happier with where the Lord has led them.
Roxanne's previous ministry experience was as Executive Director of a ministry to those in need. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Davis and Elkins College and a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Theology from Azusa Pacific University.
When not at work, she enjoys working on the restoration of her 1880 Victorian Farmhouse, shopping for antiques, and working out.
Alicia James is married, 21 years, to Minister Darius L James, Lt. Col USMC. She is a 15-year home educator for their children, Jadan and Daria. Alicia graduated from Wofford College with a B.S. in Economics. In 1996, she graduated from the University of SC with a M.Ed. in Counselor Education and with Ed. S. with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. Before homeschooling their children, she taught for a total 8 years in Richland District One Schools (SC) and Onslow County Schools (NC).
Alicia is the Ministry Coordinator for Child Evangelism Fellowship-Lakelands District. She also volunteers with a food ministry and delivers food to the elderly and shut in. In her free time, she enjoys working out and coaching youth track and field.

Sunny Swain joined our staff in September of 2023 as a part time office manager. Sunny has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina. She has 2 children. When not at work, she enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her animals.
