CEF Lakelands is a 5 county ministry serving in Greenwood, Abbeville, McCormick, Edgefield, and Saluda Counties in an ever expanding way.

We are committed to leading children to be in God's Word every day. As children grow in their relationship with the Lord through meditating on His Word, they develop godly character, which produces much fruit to the glory of God, including spreading the Gospel to their peers.
Child Evangelism Fellowship partners with the local church to enable the fulfillment of the Great Commission giving churches the access to share the Gospel with children and to minister to them and their families through our Good News Clubs.

Teaching the Gospel After School
On June 11, 2001 the United States Supreme Court decided that Good News Clubs must be granted the same access to school facilities as afforded any other non-religious organizations.
Whether meeting off campus during school hours or on campus after school, these clubs provide opportunity for children in the public schools to hear the Gospel and learn truth from God’s Word.

Over the past 3 years church volunteers have shared the Gospel and taught the truth of God's Word to 9,046 children with 998 children making professions of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
