The local committee, a group of lay people ministering with the director, gives direction and stability to the work. The local committee, under the state board, forges the way for leading unsaved children in the area to a saving knowledge of Christ and then training them in the basic doctrines of the faith, encouraging them to attend a local Bible believing church.
